  Tell these stores are under new management poor training and not carrying multigrain flatbread. 10 years of healthy eating out the door..I will be heading to Pita Pit I guess. Thanks though for the past 10 years.

  Subs are good but waiting 35 minutes to get a sub is not acceptable. We go here often because we live around the corner. We have suggested to the employee multiple times that management should have help around dinner time but that obviously isn't helping. I watched 4 people walk out because of the wait. I think those customers could have covered the wage of another worker to help out. Please get crossover shift at dinner time!!!

  Im in you store location on Main st. Grimsby ... The young man working the sandwich station highly deserves either a raise or employee of the month ! He was very professional and took a serious interest in each and every single persons day well making there meal . took the time to be amazed by what each person was doing with there day and made everyone feel as if they were majorly important . He was what i would like to think as a stand up employee and i hope you recognize his importance to your store. I dont know this mans name but he was working at 2:45pm tuesday april 25th . because of him ill most certainly be back .

  Very slow service. I would go there more often at dinner time if I new there was going to be garenteed good service. Also I don't need eyes rolling at me from the woman perparing my sub when I ask for more pickles or sauce.
